29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   On January 20, 2023, employees of AME Constructors, Inc. were repairing water damaged siding on gables located on the roof of a commercial building located at 1385 Motherhead Road, Cottleville, Missouri.  The roof of the building was approximately 13 feet above ground level with a pitch of 6:12. Employees were exposed to fall hazards by not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.
