29 CFR  1904.7(b)(4): The employer failed to enter the correct number of calendar days for a work-related injury on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent.   OSHA 300 log 2023, Case No. 2 (Pick to Rebin) occurring on 1/19/2023, an employee injured their right shoulder after pushing an item into the bin. The injury resulted in restricted work activity that began on 2/15/2023 and records showed that the employee was scheduled for a follow-up visit on 03/28/2023. The injury was recorded with only 7 restricted workdays (started from 2/15/2023 thru 02/21/2023) even though there were at least 42 or more restricted workdays: the record does document that she was last scheduled for a follow up visit on 3/28, having been on modified duty (with physical therapy and lifting restrictions) from 2/21 through 3/28.
