29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(ii) as required by 1960.8(b): The employer did not train each employee who is subject to exposure to lead at or above the action level, or for whom the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists, in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1025: On or about February 1, 2023, the employer did not train employees whom have the possibility of skin or eye irritation from lead while shooting firearms and when cleaning firearms in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1025. Training shall be repeated annually and inform employees of the contents of 1910.1025 and its appendices, explain the operations which could result in employee exposure to lead, cover the health effect associated with excessive exposure to lead, any engineering controls and work practices associated with the employees' job assignment.

29 CFR 1910.1025(m)(1)(iii) as required by 1960.8(b): The employer did not include lead in the hazard communication program established to comply with the HCS (� 1910.1200), and the employer did not ensure that each employee had access to labels on containers of lead and to safety data sheets, and that employees were trained on lead in accordance with the requirements of HCS and paragraph (l) of this section. On or about February 1, 2023, the employer did not ensure lead was included in the hazard communication program and did not provide employees information and training on the hazards of lead and the measures they can take to protect themselves when shooting and cleaning firearms. Employees were exposed to potential ingestion hazards that could result in the health effects such as kidney disease, and impairment of the nervous system and reproductive system.
