29 CFR  1915.87(e):  The employer did not ensure that quick-drenching and flushing of the eyes and body were located for immediate emergency use and within close proximity to the operations where such substances were being used;  a) NOAA ship - Thomas Jefferson, CG Locker 1-8-2 and CG Locker 01-30-1:  On or around 2/3/23, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to corrosive liquids, in the form of Clorox bleach, when not within close proximity to an adequate flushing / quick-drenching station.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
