29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located, and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:   Location warehouse area:  On or about 02/09/2023 the employer had one blocked fire extinguisher in between the sales floor and warehouse. Employees would be expected to use a fire extinguisher if the fire was in the incipient stage.  Also, In the warehouse area between the front warehouse and the back warehouse, a fire extinguisher is missing.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space were not provided and maintained for all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  Location: Warehouse by exit door:  On or about 02/09/2023 an electrical panel that controlled the warehouse lights was blocked by a box that prohibit or limited access to the electrical panel.
