29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3):Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route:  (a) 391 Carroll Gartin Blvd. Laurel, MS. - On or about February 9, 2023, The employer did not maintain a clear path of travel to the emergency exits where employees move, work, and stock merchandise. The exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed due to merchandise, boxes of product, rolltainers and U-boats with merchandise exposing employees to fire hazards.   Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1565322, citation number 2, item number 1, group b, and was affirmed as a final order on 6/30/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 10757 Route 11, Adams NY.  Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1500289, citation number 1, item number 1, group a, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/10/21, with respect to a workplace located at 514 North Antrim Way, Greencastle, PA.
