29 CFR  1904.29(b)(3): The employer did not enter each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred.   a) At the facility:  The employer did not enter a recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred.  Employer did  not record an injury that occurred on December 1, 2023 when a student swung a school bus seatbelt that struck an employee in the head.  Employee lost 1 day of work.   Condition was noted on or about 02/13/2023.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000 AS PER CFR 1903.19.
