29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m), or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   a) 21556 Vernal Rd. Lot 304 Silverhill, Al. On or about February 16, 2023, and at times prior; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to preform framing operation on the left front side of the home at a height of 10 feet 2 inches above ground without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  b)  21556 Vernal Rd. Lot 304 Silverhill, Al. On or about February 16, 2023, and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that the employer failed to ensure the employees were trained on how to use personal fall arrest system and the hazard associated with falls.
