29 CFR 1910.124(j)(3): Periodically inspect all dipping and coating equipment, including covers, drains, overflow piping, and electrical and fire-extinguishing systems, and promptly correct any deficiencies; a.) On or about January 30, 2023, dipping and coating equipment, including water sensor levels in the dip tanks were not periodically inspected and deficiencies corrected in that the water level sensors were not functioning and did not shut off the tank heating elements causing the liquid contents to evaporate and the tank to overheat.
