29 CFR  1926.405(g)(2)(iv):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.  On February 22, 2023, employees using an extension cord and power cord that had the outer sheathings pulled away exposing internal wiring.  Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazard.  a)  Extension cord used to energize the air compressor outer sheathing was exposed, b)  The air compressor power cord outer sheathing was not connected to the terminals.
