29 CFR  1910.151(c):  At this establishment, the eye wash station, provided for employees exposed to battery charging operations, were not provided suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area for immediate emergency use.   Location: 400 Shop Road Fort Lee, Virginia  23801   On or about: 2/24/2023   a) Employees worked charging batteries, the eye wash station was found to be in a dirty and un-sanitary condition and blocked.
