(a) Loera's Landscaping LLC, 1277 Santa Fe Drive, Denver, CO 80204: On or about March 1, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to airborne crystalline silica while cutting landscaping bricks with a concrete disk cutting saw that was not equipped with integrated water delivery system that continuously feeds water to the blade.  (b) Loera's Landscaping LLC, 1277 Santa Fe Drive, Denver, CO 80204: On or about March 1, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to airborne crystalline silica while cutting landscaping bricks with a concrete disk cutting saw for more than 4 hours without the use of respiratory protection at APF 10.
