29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle:  a.) On or about March 2, 2023, the  Do All milling machine had no guarding installed to prevent employee exposure to the rotating bit and flying debris during operation  b.) On or about March 2, 2023, the ERMAKSAN Power bend Pro 12.34 x 352 press brake had no machine guarding installed to prevent employee body parts from entering point of operation danger zones during operation  c.) On or about March 2, 2023, the Klutch Drill Press  had no machine guarding  installed to prevent employee exposure to the rotating bit and flying debris during operation.
