29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about 3/6/2023, at the site located at 17-story Delaware Tower Condominiums, 1088 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, NY, an employee was walking on the seven floor ledge on the outside of the building. The employee was moving the safety rope from sections 7F to 7H. The employee fell to first floor covered garage. Employee was not tied off to safety ropes and 100% fall protection was not maintained. Employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 55 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
