29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B) When an unqualified person is working on the ground in the vicinity of overhead lines, the person may not bring any conductive object closer to unguarded, energized lines than the distance given in paragraph (c)(3)(i)(A) of this section: On or about March 10, 2023, at a construction site located near the 20700 block of Mueschke Road, Cypress, TX, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard of less than 50kV, when the employer did not ensure that equipment was maintained 10 feet or more from power lines.
