29 CFR  1910.215(b)(9):The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch:  a) 41 North Edith Street, Cortez, CO 81321:  On or about March 7, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards from employees using a Sunex Tools 8 inch Bench Grinder Model # 5002A with an adjustable tongue guard that had an opening exceeding one fourth inch.
