29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  (a)	This violation occurred on or about March 28, 2023, at a job site located at 3163 Beachwood Drive, Crandall, TX, where employees doing framework while using a Pneutool nail gun. Employees were not wearing safety glasses and exposed to eye injuries.
