29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation machine guards were not designed or constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle.   a) At the jobsite, the mesh guard installed on the Wire Stranding Machine ST1 was not constructed to prevent body parts from entering the danger zone, exposing employees to the hazard amputations.
