Employees shall be allowed to work on those surfaces only when the surfaces have the requisite strength and structural integrity.  (a)  At 11652A N. Wheatcroft Rd, Mobile, AL: On or about March 28, 2023, at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that the employer did not ensure the walking/working surfaces had the strength and structural integrity to support the employee safely as required.
