29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  On or about April 5, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards from an exit door in the warehouse shipping department between  bay doors 172 and bay door 173 obstructed by merchandise, roll-tainer carrier, mobile stairs and garbage can.   The Dollar General Corporation dba Dolgencorp, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1551005, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 1, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1288 Beaverdale Road NE, Dalton, GA 30721.  The Dollar General Corporation dba Dolgencorp, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1517332, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 22, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 73 E. Hollis Street, Nashua, NH 03060. Final Order Date was August 31, 2020.

The Final Order Date was February 18, 2022.
