29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  On or about, April 06, 2023, on a H&P Rig #629 location; a power strip/relocatable power tap (RPT) was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. The RPT was permanently secured to the wall of the air trailer and was intended to be used in series connected (daisy chained) to another extension cord.  This condition exposed employees to fire and electrical shock hazards.
