29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about 04/10/2023, at a residential construction job site located at McBride Homes, Prairie Wind Drive, Lot 29, Wentzville, MO., an employee was exposed to a fall hazard. An employee was observed actively installing new guttering material, while working from a 14-12 pitch roof approximately 20' above ground.  1) Allen Roofing & Siding, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1485586, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/21/2021, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #22, Charlestowne Place, SAINT CHARLES, MO 63301.  2) Allen Roofing & Siding, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1485730, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/21/2021, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #33, Charlestowne Place, SAINT CHARLES, MO 63301.
