29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area.  a.) 4387 Run Way, York, PA 17406 - Building 2: On or about April 12, 2023, employees utilizing hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to paints, oils, and coolants, had not been provided with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area.     No abatement documentation or certification is required.

29 CFR  1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times:  a.) 4387 Run Way, York, PA 17406 - Building 2: On or about April 12, 2023, the exit sign near the paint spray booth was not fully illuminated as designed.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
