29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): a. At the RV service shop area: On or about April 12, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 9 to 12-feet, in that no fall protection system was being utilized by employees performing work on top of Recreational Vehicle (RV) roofs.

29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a. At the RV service shop area: On or about April 12, 2023, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that, employees were using a DeWalt DWE-7491 table saw without a protective guard to cut plywood and other wood materials for repairs on RV units.
