29 CFR  1910.36(c)(1):Each exit discharge must lead directly outside or to a street, walkway, refuge area, public way, or open space with access to the outside.  On or about April 12, 2023- job site at 401 South Oyster Bay Road, Plainview, NY 11803, employees were working on the loading dock of a warehouse with an exit egress route that was obstructed with boxes and pallets.  Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:   On or about April 12, 2023- job site at 401 South Oyster Bay Road, Plainview, NY 11803, employees working in the shipping and receiving area in the rear of the store with an exit route that was obstructed with boxes and pallets.  Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
