29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):  A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a)  At 50 Market Place Drive, Newnan, Georgia:  On April 17, 2023; the employer failed to ensure employees working from an elevated aerial lift basket were using fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 20 feet to the ground below.
