Abatement certification and documentation required.  Ultra-Poly Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 133043, citation number 2, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on December 6, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at BIDA Complex #350 3rd & Oak Street BERWICK, PA 18603.
