29 CFR  1910.1025(h)(1):All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:  (a)  11475 West 48th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033: On or about April 18, 2023, and at times prior, surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead.  On May 5 2023, lead wipe sampling was conducted at Forte Analytical, LLC.  The wooden broom handle in the fire assay lab was wiped over an approximately 100 cm2 surface before and after cleaning with D-Wipe lead cleaning wipes.  Before cleaning, wipe sample results for the broom handle returned a result of 74.9 micrograms.  After cleaning with D-Wipes, wipe sample results for the broom handle returned a result of 74 micrograms.
