29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  On or about  April 19, 2023, and at times prior thereto:  a.  In the Roller Bar Room, employees were exposed to  struck-by and caught-in hazards when operating a Yamazaki Maza-860 lathe, without guards on the chuck, carriage, and tail stock.   b.  In the Roller Bar Room, employees were exposed to caught in hazard, while using a Grizzly G10142 Belt and Disc Sander,  without a guard on the nip points of the sanding belt.  c.  In the Machine/Front Shop Area, employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-by hazards when operating a Machine #16, NDC 3016B CNC lathe without functioning interlock door guards.
