Employees working in the facility were exposed to fire hazards from the locks being used on the emergency exit doors in the following instances: A) Emergency exit door adjacent to the cash registers in the front of the store was affixed with a barrel slide bolt lock, located on the inside of the door requiring special knowledge to open in the event of an emergency. B) Emergency exit door located in the bakery was affixed with a barrel slide bolt lock, located on the inside of the door requiring special knowledge to open in the event of an emergency.
