Warehouse Area, North side - On or about April 28, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the passageways around the storage racking were kept in a clean and orderly condition, where the middle aisleway and the perimeter aisleway were stacked with overstock that was creating tripping hazards to employees navigating the areas.
