OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards:  (a) Site located at 1407 West U.S. 80 Bloomingdale, GA 31302: On or about April 25, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards associated with the sudden release of energy caused by the tension on the lever binder arm being released when cheater pipes were used to increase the tension during material and equipment tiedown operations on a flatbed utility trailer.
