29 CFR 1904.41(a)(1): An establishment that had 250 employees or more at any time during the previous calendar year, and was classified in an industry listed in appendix A to subpart E of this part, did not electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee.   a)  Shore Medical Center located at 100 Medical Center Way, Somers Point, NJ. 08244: On or about 3/2/2023, the employer failed to electronically submit information from their 2022 OSHA Form 300A or equivalent.  The establishment employed 1155 employees and was classified as NAICS 622110 during the calendar year 2022.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
