29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:  (a) On May 19, 2023, at or near 3213 Eastside Place in Bismarck, North Dakota, employees of a sub-contractor were exposed to fall hazards of over 15 feet while installing roofing materials without utilizing a fall protective system.
