Ridge Avenue Ambler, PA:  On or about May 24, 2023, employees were installing asphalt roof shingles on the roof of a two-story church structure with pneumatic nail guns.  Appropriate eye protection was not utilized.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a)  First Presbyterian Church 4 S. Ridge Avenue Ambler, PA:  On or about May 24, 2023, employees utilized a portable ladder to access a two-story roof. the ladder was not positioned at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface.
