29 CFR  1926.600(a)(6)(i):  For lines rated 50kV or below, a minimum of 10 feet was not maintained between the energized line and the equipment:   On or about May 16, 2023, at the site located at 5801 Yahl St, Naples, FL, 34109, an employer working on the ground brought a metallic object and forklift boom in contact with an unguarded energized line at 13,200 volts with a vertical clearance of 27 feet 3 inches, exposing an employee to an electrical hazard.
