29 CFR  1910.184(i)(1):Synthetic web sling(s) were not marked or coded to show rated capacities for each type of hitch and type of synthetic web material:  (a) Pacific Tracker pier 301, Vigor Marine 5555 Channel Ave., Portland, Oregon 97217, Engine room\\Lower level\\Port Forward, On or about 08 June 2023 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck by hazard from synthetic web material sling failure under load suspended from above not properly marked or coded to show rated capacity. Which would result in concussion injuries or minor contusions from synthetic web sling failure.
