OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by heavy drill tools:  a) On or about June 7, 2023, on the north side of Building N., at the sawhorse rack outside, employees were manually moving a flex stabilizer (drill tool) weighing approximately 2-tons and exposed to being struck-by the uncontrolled weight of the tool.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  a) On or about June 7, 2023, on the north side of Building N., employees were working in an area that was not kept in an orderly, orderly condition thereby creating trip hazards from multiple drill tools in the walking space around sawhorse racks.
