29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)  a. On or about June 14, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, approximately twenty-one (21) feet one (1) inches, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  b. On or about June 14, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite,  employees performing residential roofing operations,  approximately twenty-eight (28)  above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.  Roberth Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1639481, citation number 1 item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on March 14, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 7531 S. Calumet Ave., Chicago, IL 60619

On or about June 14, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite,  employees conducting roofing operations were not provided training on how to minimize fall hazards, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with falls.
