29 CFR 1910.212(b): Machine(s) designed for fixed location(s) were not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving:  Tallac Historic Site maintenance shop:  The DELTA pedestal drill press (Serial No. 92K71513) was not anchored to the floor to prevent the drill from tipping while in use. Employees were espoused to crushing injuries.  The USDA, Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1547228, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 10/15/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 18050 Mulock Rd., CHALLENGE, CA 95925  The USDA, Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1481082, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/21/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 44630 Hwy. 96, SEIAD VALLEY, CA 96086  The USDA, Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1478849, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/21/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1711 South Main Street, YREKA, CA 96097
