29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or�labeled electrical�equipment was�not used�or installed�in accordance�with instructions�included in�the listing�or labeling.  Meeks Fire Station Office Area: A Power zone relocatable power tap (model OR801124) was being used to energize appliances (Microwave and Toaster oven). Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.  The USDA, Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1628763, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/21/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 225 W 8th Street, Alturas, CA  96101.  The USDA, Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1608176, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/01/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 701 N. Santa Anita Avenue, Arcadia, CA 91006  The USDA, Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605773, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/26/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7600 Wentworth Springs Road, Georgetown, CA 95634
