29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2)(iv):Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  On or about June 22, 2023, at a construction site, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when performing work from a wooden pallet platform placed on the forks of a Hyster H50CT forklift, without the forklift being designed for such use.
