29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration: Such activities were not performed only by experienced and trained employees selected for such work by the competent person: a) 4190 Jason Street, Denver Colorado, 80211: On and before June 23, 2023, and at times prior, the exposing employer did not ensure the scaffolding system located in the courtyard of the multi-family apartment complex under construction was being erected under the supervision and direction of a competent person and being the work was performed by trained personnel. The employer did not provide a competent person qualified to provide direction to employees engaged in moving and erecting the scaffolding system to the courtyard. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 80 feet while erecting the scaffolding system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards up to 80 feet.

Employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards while employees used the scaffold to install brick veneer siding and soffit backing on an eight-story multi-family apartment complex. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards up to 80 feet. Diversified Masonry Contractors, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1405432, citation number 001, item number 001a and was affirmed as a final order on August 29, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 355 El Dorado Boulevard, Broomfield Colorado, 80021.
