29 CFR  1904.29(b)(1): The employer did not provide the required injury or illness descriptions on the Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, OSHA Form 300.  At the inspection site, for year 2023, incomplete information for two cases on the Log materially impaired understandability of the body part affected for the two cases. a) For case# 1, the description in column F of the OSHA 300 Log did not include the nature of the "injury or illness". b) For case# 2, the description in column F of the OSHA 300 Log did not include the nature of the "injury or illness".
