29 CFR  1926.25(a):During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:  Location: 396 Plain  St. Marshfield, MA 02050  On July 5th, 2023, employees were exposed to  slips, trips, falls, and puncture injuries while walking around the jobsite where lumber cut offs and 2x4s with protruding nails were not kept clear of work areas and walking pathways.
