Full Face Respirator (FF01) with the HobbyAir 1 fresh air supply system (HB01) for protection from respiratory hazards created during paint stripping. The employer did not implement a respiratory protection program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134(b) through (m) in that the respirator was not a NIOSH-certified respirator, employees were not fit tested with the required respirator, and employees were not provided respiratory protection training.
