29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that the strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.  (a) Warehouse- On or about July 12, 2023, Employees working on and near conveyer belt was exposed to electrical hazards from the wires from the conveyor belt light which showed strain relief damage to the outer insulation.
