29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall.  a) On or about July 17, 2023, at the Northern Tool + Equipment Store, the employer exposed employees to a 22-foot, 11-inch fall hazard, in that, employees were allowed to carry materials and tools such as but limited to, 5-gallon bucket of Mule-Hide 100 Percent Silicone Roof Coating, paint rollers and scrapers, on a Werner Aluminum Extension Ladder.
