29 CFR 1915.157(c): The employer did not ensure that affected employees wore protective electrical insulating gloves and sleeves or other electrical protective equipment when exposed to the risk of electrical shock:  a)	USS Kearsarge LHD-3, Passageway 2-88-2-L: On or about July 11, 2023, an employee wore cut resistance gloves to pull a deenergized cable from an energized cableway system containing voltages greater than 50 volts, as a result was shocked by an unknown cable.        Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
