At 2000 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, Florida, on or about 07/25/2023, an employee, who was not a qualified electrician was exposed to an electrocution hazard, in that, the employee was working with his  hands pulling wires within/through a underground electrical enclosure, that which contained previously existing energized electrical wires, during which time the employee was not wearing electrically  insulated rubber gloves.
